A delegation from the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust, led by the Chief Executive Officer of the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) and member of the trust’s Board of Trustees, Dr. Maryam Hasan Mustafa, participated in the ICEF Middle East Scholarship Summit 2024, hosted by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in the Sultanate of Oman, in cooperation with the ICEF Education Fund.
Dr. Mustafa stressed on the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitment to invest in the youth and provide them with all forms of support, especially through scholarship programs, to strengthen their role as a crucial cornerstone in building a more sustainable future, while enhancing their contributions to various paths of development.
She highlighted the role of the summit in exchanging expertise based on best international practices, emphasizing the importance of expanding cooperation and strengthening existing partnerships with various relevant entities and academic institutions around the world to develop the educational experience for students.
The summit witnessed the participation of more than 100 international educational institutions, over 150 Gulf governmental entities, and representatives of scholarship-granting organizations from private universities and colleges.
